A fixed-fee look at your cash, costs and margins by someone who reads company accounts for a living. Paid in one step, delivered in writing, no meetings required.
What you get
- A first 13-week cash forecast: which week your cash runs short, if any, and by how much.
- True margin by product and client: which ones fund the business and which ones consume it.
- Where profit is leaking, quantified: costs nobody has re-examined, priced in dollars.
- An assessment of your accounting and systems: what is reliable, what is missing, what to fix first.
- A short list of what to decide first, in plain language, in writing.
How it works
- Pay the fixed fee of $490 through the secure payment page.
- Send us your data by email to info@primuspiluscapital.com. The list is below.
- Within 48 hours of receiving it, the written diagnostic is in your inbox.
What we need from you
- Profit and loss statement and balance sheet for the last 12 months (an export from your accounting software is fine).
- Bank statements for the last 3 months.
- Open customer invoices and unpaid supplier bills.
- Sales by product or service and by client for the last 12 months, if you have it.
Not tidy? Send what you have. Telling you what is missing is part of the job.
Everything happens by email, so there is nothing to fit into your calendar. If you would rather talk, our phone number is on the contact section. Your data is used only to prepare your diagnostic.
Frequently asked questions
How long does the diagnostic take?
We deliver the written diagnostic within 48 hours of receiving your data. Most of the time between paying and receiving it depends on how quickly the data reaches us.
What if my books are a mess?
Send what you have. Untidy accounts are the usual starting point, and telling you what is missing is part of the diagnostic.
Is it a subscription?
No. It is a one-off fixed fee of $490. If you later continue to the Rebuild stage, the $490 is credited in full against it.
What if you find nothing worth fixing?
Then you get the full $490 back. If the diagnostic does not identify at least one concrete improvement to your cash or margin, we refund it.
